Mis en Place is a boutique hospitality recruiting firm built for independent restaurants that value quality over volume.

We bring structure to hiring. Clear roles. Consistent screening. Coordinated interview processes that reduce friction and improve outcomes.

Most restaurant job posts lose visibility sooner than expected.

Budgets are often front-loaded, causing roles to lose visibility early while still appearing live.

At the same time, hiring teams are left sorting through unfiltered applicants, adding strain to already busy operations.

Mis en Place is built to address both.

We manage job distribution to maintain consistent visibility, and we screen and align each candidate before submission.

So instead of reviewing volume, operators spend time with candidates who move the hiring process forward.

With 15+ years in hospitality recruiting, we support front-of-house, back-of-house, and leadership hiring through a high-touch, founder-led approach.

Built for restaurants, not corporate staffing models. Our work is designed to improve alignment, shorten time-to-hire, and support long-term team stability.
