Sharon Nataf

Sharon Nataf is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruitment and employee welfare. Currently serving as an HR Coordinator at MIS Implants Technologies Ltd. since May 2015, Sharon manages recruitment aligned with hiring needs and collaborates with various team members and managers. Previously, Sharon held the position of Human Resources Coordinator at BTL from March 2008 to April 2015, overseeing individual welfare, company events, and recruitment for a factory employing over 1000 staff. Earlier experience includes serving as a Recruitment Coordinator at Maof Group Human Resource from January 2000 to January 2007, where Sharon managed the recruitment and selection process for industrial companies across diverse roles. Sharon holds a BA in Criminology and Sociology from Bar-Ilan University, earned between 1998 and 2000.
