Andre Smit

Andre Smit has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Andre most recently worked as a Client Account Manager at MIS Solutions, Inc. starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior Customer Success Manager at Cybereason from October 2021 to June 2022, where they were responsible for upselling and renewing contracts, as well as creating customer-specific solutions.

Before Cybereason, Andre worked at Dimension Data Middle East and Africa for a significant period. From October 2018 to September 2021, they served as a Customer Success Manager, focusing on account growth and optimization. Prior to that, from October 2009 to October 2018, Andre held the role of Client Delivery Manager, where they built relationships with clients, ensured client satisfaction, and managed operational engagements.

Andre also has experience working at IT Intellect, where they held the position of Technical and Training Manager from April 2007 to October 2009. In this role, they managed trainers, ensured skills development, and maintained profitability of training classes. Andre also served as a Training Manager from February 2006 to September 2009.

Earlier in their career, Andre worked at IDCS as a Business Analyst from October 2002 to January 2005, and at Dimension Data as a Senior Applications Trainer from January 1997 to September 2002.
