Chris Wayne is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and project management. Since April 2017, Chris has served as a Project Lead at MIS Solutions, Inc., where responsibilities include providing support for computer systems and software issues, assisting with remote desktop support, and managing helpdesk ticket resolutions. Chris has extensive knowledge of various Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and reporting applications, as well as cybersecurity compliance with frameworks such as NIST and HIPAA. Prior to this role, Chris worked as a freelancer and IT Engineer at Servest SA, specializing in network troubleshooting, user support, and deployment of IT solutions on a national level. Chris also has experience in building networks and systems, administration of email and domain setups, and resolving IT equipment issues.
