Misaeng is currently finalizing the development of the Ellieo Project, a next-generation roommate-matching and housing search platform. Designed for students and young professionals seeking safety and community in New York, Ellieo represents the culmination of extensive market research and specialized development. By leveraging Misaeng’s strategic vision, we are preparing to launch a platform that addresses the fundamental needs of New York newcomers.

Ellieo is designed to be more than a matching tool; it is envisioned as a trusted framework for those starting their journey in NYC. We recognize that the New York housing market is complex. Ellieo aims to simplify this by facilitating connections between verified users and providing transparent rental insights. Our platform focuses on identity verification and scam prevention to re-establish trust in the housing search process.

The project is built upon the collective insights of housing professionals and former international students. This research-driven approach ensures that Ellieo is developed with empathy and real-world expertise, bridging the gap between intentional technology and the actual tenant experience.

Misaeng’s investment roadmap for Ellieo includes:
- Scalability: Expanding the roommate matching and housing solution platform to major hubs like Boston, Chicago, and Los Angeles.
- Investment Ecosystem: Transitioning from a rental-matching facilitator to a comprehensive real estate consulting and investment platform.
- Property Development: Long-term goals of managing Ellieo-certified properties to complete the lifecycle from renting to ownership.

We are currently seeking strategic partners and passionate team members to join our mission in New York. If you are interested in reshaping the NYC housing experience, feel free to connect.
