David Thompson

David Thompson has over 30 years of experience in the entertainment industry. David began their career in 1986 as Co-Founder, Producer, and Writer for West Cine Productions, where they created travelogues for world-class travel companies. In 1990, they joined Walt Disney Imagineering as Senior Show Producer and Director, where they were responsible for the development of numerous theme park attractions for the US, France, Japan, and China. In 2009, they became VP Production & Project Management at 42 Entertainment, a company that specializes in viral advertising campaigns. Finally, in 2014, they co-founded Misapplied Sciences, Inc. as Chief Operating & Creative Officer. Misapplied Sciences is the inventor of PARALLEL REALITY technology, an innovation that allows a crowd of people simultaneously sharing the same digital display to each see content tailored to their individual needs.

David Thompson attended UC Irvine, where they obtained a degree in Theirtory and Economics. David then attended the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business, where they obtained an MBA MPA.
