Izzy Sayers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, community engagement, and program management within the startup and arts sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Emerging Giants at KPMG Netherlands, Izzy oversees the execution of a program designed to support fast-growing startups and scale-ups in their growth and international expansion. Responsibilities include team management, marketing initiatives, and partner relationships. In addition, Izzy co-leads the Emerging Giants initiative at The Cauldron, a performing arts foundation, and contributes to Mischief Makers B.V., a facilitation agency. Prior roles include Community Partnerships Lead and Senior Strategic Project Manager at TNW, where Izzy managed various strategic projects and events.
