Dave Lenz has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Dave started their career as a Lead Vocalist and Guitarist, performing professionally for over 30 years. In 1997, they joined Lund International as a Customer Service Supervisor and later transitioned to the role of Sales Analyst. Dave then joined Quality Park Products as a Customer Service Manager, where they served for five years before moving to LSC Communications as a Supply Chain Analyst. After that, they worked as a Hockey Statistician for Da Beauty League and as a Customer Experience Manager for Robert Half/Wells Fargo. Most recently, Dave has been working at MISCO Minneapolis Speaker Company as Customer Service/Sales Support. Throughout their career, Dave has demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and a strong ability to learn quickly.

Dave Lenz attended National American University from 1995 to 1996, where they pursued a degree in Business Communications but did not complete it. In addition to their formal education, Dave has obtained several certifications. In 2004, they completed the "Fundamentals of Marketing" and "Taking on Greater Responsibility" courses at AMA Management Seminars. Dave also received training in Intermediate Microsoft Access from Careerpath in the same year. In 2000, Dave completed courses in "Effective Communications and Human Relations", "How to Stop Worrying and Start Living", and "How to Win Friends and Influence People" at Dale Carnegie. Dave also acquired proficiency in Advanced Excel through Skillspath in the same year.
