Eric Wornson

Eric Wornson is a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at MISCO Minneapolis Speaker Company, where they are involved in operations and quality improvements. Previously, they served as a Research Engineer at 3M, supporting the development of adhesives for the semiconductor industry, and as a Managing Engineer at Syagrus Systems, LLC, overseeing back-end semiconductor processes. Eric holds a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which they completed in 2002. They are passionate about continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration in manufacturing settings.
