Adriana Alvarez

Adriana Alvarez has extensive experience in community coordination and educational administration, currently serving as a Community School Coordinator at Southwest Solutions since November 2013. In this role, Adriana networks with community agencies and higher education institutions to enhance programming at Western High School, facilitates parent engagement, and acts as a case manager for targeted students. Previously, Adriana held the position of Business Manager at Professional Education Services, overseeing various operational functions, student recruitment, and grant requirements. Prior experience includes roles as an Administrative Assistant at Congress of Communities, a Management Intern at the U.S. Department of Defense, and various positions at Bank of America, the US Census Bureau, and the U.S. Department of Commerce. Adriana holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baker College of Allen Park.
