**MISO — The Food Tech Company**

The hospitality industry is undergoing a major transformation.

Over the past few years, dozens of FoodTech SaaS solutions have emerged: reservations, loyalty, HR, HACCP, inventory management, CRM, online ordering, payments, digital marketing, and more.

Many of these products work well.
But the market remains extremely fragmented.

Today, restaurant operators often rely on multiple disconnected tools, leading to complex user experiences and increasingly high customer acquisition costs for software vendors.

At MISO, we believe the next generation of FoodTech will not be built on a stack of independent micro-SaaS products.

It will be built around platforms capable of connecting workflows, data, and AI.

Our approach is based on a **Buy & Build** strategy:

* acquiring vertical micro-SaaS solutions,
* integrating them into a shared infrastructure,
* developing cross-platform AI layers,
* mutualizing distribution and data.

The goal is to transform isolated tools into a coherent ecosystem.

The market includes more than **200,000 hospitality businesses in France**, while SaaS adoption remains relatively low at around **35%**.

The growth potential remains significant.

We also believe the SaaS model itself is entering a major transition.

For years, the industry has operated around fixed subscriptions and increasingly bloated feature stacks.

With AI, a new model is emerging:

* a simple and genuinely useful SaaS core,
* enhanced by deeply integrated AI capabilities,
* powered by a hybrid economic model combining subscriptions and usage-based pricing.

Less complexity.
Fewer unused features.
More practical automation.
More operational value.

Today, 77% of restaurant operators already use AI in their businesses, and 72% primarily see it as a way to save operational time.

MISO is building this new generation of FoodTech platforms.
