Jacob Brewer

Jacob Brewer began their career in 2008 as an Industrial/Ops Engineer at Long John Silver's, LLC. In 2011, they joined Yum! Brands as a Global Efficiency and Sustainability Engineer, where they worked on Operational Sustainability, Water Conservation, Submetering Analysis and Operations Statistical Analysis. In 2012, they became an Area Operations Manager at KFC UK & Ireland. In 2014, they joined KFC US as an Operations Intelligence and Insights (Customer Experience) and a Restaurant Excellence: Ops Implementation. In 2017, they became a Business Owner: Food Service and a Sr. IE: Food Service, Deli, Bakery at Kroger. In 2018, they joined CKE Restaurants, Inc. as a Vice President - Restaurant Excellence and a Sr. Director Ops Commercialization, R&D, and Delivery. Finally, in 2020, they became the Chief Strategy Officer at Miso Robotics. During this time, they were responsible for leading teams in disrupting and optimizing the restaurant space, innovating operations, and driving results restaurant results by enhancing customer and team member experience, product commercialization and testing, store design, labor efficiency, delivery, ops technology, packaging, virtual operations simulation, etc.

Jacob Brewer attended Purdue University, where they earned a degree in Industrial Engineering with a field of study in Industrial Engineering.
