Sam H. has over 8 years of work experience. In 2014, they began their career as a Project Manager at Environmental Inspection Services. In 2019, they moved to Berkeley Lab as an Environmental Health Safety Engineer. In 2021, they joined Launch School as a Software Engineer Capstone Program, where they developed open-source web applications with technologies such as Node, PostgreSQL, React/Redux, JavaScript, Express, HTML, and CSS. Sam also co-created Conifer, an open-source framework that simplifies parallelizing Cypress tests on AWS infrastructure for local development, and built a robust and easy-to-use CLI with Node. js, Commander. js, and Inquirer. In 2022, they began working as a Software Engineer at Miso Robotics.

Sam H. has an extensive educational background in Nuclear Engineering. Sam began their studies at UC Berkeley College of Engineering in 2012, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Nuclear Engineering in 2018. Sam then continued their studies at UC Berkeley College of Engineering, graduating in 2021 with a Master of Engineering in Nuclear Engineering.
