Annie Ames

Annie Ames has a diverse background in compensation and business administration. They began their career at the Indiana Economic Development Corporation as a Business Administrator from 2004 to 2006. Subsequently, Annie held various positions, including Supervisor of Commission Accounting at CNO Financial Group and Finance Compensation Analyst at Genesys | Interactive Intelligence, before serving as a Senior Compensation Analyst at both KAR Auction Services, Inc. and currently at Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO) since 2023. Most recently, Annie worked as a Compensation Analyst at Carvana from 2022 to 2023.
