Carrie Culp

Carrie Culp is the Operations Planning Manager at the Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO), where they previously held the roles of Lead Operations Planning and Engineer II in Expansion Planning. Carrie began their academic journey at Arizona State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power and Energy, followed by a Master of Engineering in the same field. Their professional experience includes roles as a Student Worker and Graduate Assistant at Arizona State University, as well as research positions with Engineering The Grid and QESST. Carrie also interned at Midwest ISO prior to joining MISO.
