David Webb

David Webb is a certified cyber security professional with extensive experience in the utilities industry. Previously, they worked as a Systems Administrator at F.C. Tucker Company and held multiple roles, including Manager of Cyber Threat Intelligence and Director of Cyber Operations and Threat Intelligence at Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO). David also served as a Desktop Specialist and Information Security Threat Hunter at MISO, and is currently an OT Defender Fellow at the U.S. Department of Energy. They hold a Master's degree in Cyber/Information Assurance from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Technology with a focus on Information Security from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis. David is passionate about problem-solving and enhancing grid security.
