Eric Miller

Eric Miller currently serves as Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO) since 2020, also holding the position of Executive Director for Digital Technology. In addition, Eric is a Board Member at the Midwest Reliability Organization since June 2023. Previous roles include Senior Director of Information Systems Engineering and Senior Director of Infrastructure and Operations at Ascension Technologies, where responsibilities encompassed engineering, operational performance, and strategic direction for technical security and infrastructure within the nation's largest non-profit health system. Eric has also held various leadership positions in organizations such as Indiana Health Information Exchange and St. Vincent Hospital, and served as a Captain in the US Army, demonstrating extensive expertise in technology, infrastructure, and security management. Eric holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University, an MBA from Bowling Green State University, alongside certifications in CISO from Carnegie Mellon University.
