Frances Merryman

Frances Merryman is an experienced project manager with a strong background in IT project management and software engineering. With a tenure at the Indiana Department of Revenue as an IT Project Manager Sr., Frances initiated and managed key application development projects. Further experience includes significant roles at the Midcontinent Independent System Operator, progressing from Project Manager I to Project Manager II, effectively managing multiple projects while adhering to established PMO standards.
