Jason Terhune, P.E., MBA, is currently the Manager of Engineering Test Automation at the Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO) since 2024. Previously, they held the role of Senior Engineer in Compliance and Advanced Studies at Southwest Power Pool from 2016 to 2023, where they led NERC studies and mentored other engineers. Jason began their career at Southwest Power Pool as an Engineer I in a rotational program and also served as a Supervisor in IT Applications Engineering. They are a veteran of the Arkansas Army National Guard, having served in the Infantry from 1997 to 2005 with multiple deployments. Jason earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Harding University and an MBA from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
