Jill Tepps, PMP, has extensive experience in project management and operations across various industries, including finance and data governance. At GE Capital, Jill served in multiple roles, including Integration Leader and Operations Integration Leader, where responsibilities included cross-functional project management, strategic vision implementation for acquisitions, and operational analysis. Jill also contributed to data governance solutions as a Senior Analyst at GE Capital, leading initiatives that improved data access and compliance. At Mercer, Jill managed risk and controls related to privacy and data protection. Currently, Jill holds the position of Principal Analyst for Data Governance at Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO), continuing a strong focus on data management and operational excellence.
