Maison B. Bleam, JD, MPA, is an experienced professional currently serving as the Regional Director of State Regulatory Affairs for the Central Region at the Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO). They previously held roles as a Legislative Liaison and Policy Advisor at the Iowa Utilities Board, and as a Legislative Liaison & Agency Rules Coordinator at the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship.
