Mason Cochran

Mason Cochran serves as the Treasury Manager at the Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO) since November 2025. Previous experience includes a role in Corporate Finance at The AES Corporation, managing multi-billion dollar capital expenditure plans and preparing SEC and FERC filings from December 2022 to November 2025. Mason also worked as a Senior Municipal Advisor Principal and Chief Compliance Officer at Reedy Financial Group P.C., advising local governments on municipal debt securities and holding the FINRA Series 50 qualification from January 2017 to December 2022. Earlier roles include an Asset Protection Associate at Walmart, focusing on safety and shrink issues, and an Investment Analyst Intern at WWA Planning and Investments, where securities research contributed to the firm's portfolio strategy. Mason holds an MBA from the Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance & Management from Indiana University.
