Nirav Shah currently serves as the Chief Digital and Information Officer at the Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO) since May 2024. Previously, Nirav held the positions of Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Information Technology at Republic Airways from December 2017 to May 2024, leading significant technology transformations and implementing various digital modernization initiatives, including the development of mission-critical mobile applications and a robotics program that saved $2 million annually. Nirav's extensive experience also includes roles at OneAmerica as Senior Director for IT Applications Development, and at Interactive Intelligence, rising through various IT leadership positions over ten years. Nirav has a strong educational background, holding an MBA and multiple degrees in Computer Science, complemented by executive education in digital leadership from Kellogg Executive Education.
