Vicki Bukowski

Vicki Bukowski is a strategic human resources leader dedicated to fostering a culture where employees thrive and businesses succeed. Vicki has extensive experience in developing talent and leading initiatives in employee relations, training, and compliance, holding various roles including Chief Learning Officer and Vice President Director of Talent Development. With a background at Centier Bank, Vicki contributed as a Project Manager of Compensation, Benefits, and Employee Relations before advancing to positions that shaped organizational culture and strategic HR planning. Currently, Vicki serves as an HR in-house consultant for MISO Energy, while pursuing a BA in Psychology and Human Resources at the University of Notre Dame.
