Michael McManus

Michael McManus has held various leadership positions in multiple companies over the years. Michael is currently serving as the Director and Audit Committee Chairman at Novavax Inc, Director at Eastern Company, Vice Chairman of the Board at United States Olympic Trust, and Retired President and CEO of Misonix Inc. With a background in law and economics from Georgetown University Law Center and the University of Notre Dame, respectively, Michael has a wealth of experience in strategic planning and executive roles in companies such as New York Bancorp, Pfizer Inc, and Mac Andrews & Forbes. Michael also served as a Board Member of the United States Olympic Committee and Barington Capital.
