•	Commercial and International Contract disputes and solving Techniques being Registered Arbitrator in GENEVA ARBITRATION CENTER that assist his clients for any commercial or contractual obligations.
•	Mr Heiza is considered to be one of the Main Tea Experts and accredited Consultant and Tea Connoisseur  by Indian Tea Board, UPASI (United planters’ Association of South India) , with regular International Tasting contests in Las Vegas USA , India ,UAE and HKTDC. Since he had a ONE full Year Tea Training at LIPTON and Brooke Bond in India , besides introducing Famous DILMAH Tea Brand in Egypt Market.Most of the Egyptian Tea Companies use his expertise while sourcing Tea and Packing machines
