The Miss Douglas County Scholarship Program is an official preliminary to the Miss Oregon Scholarship Program and the Miss America Opportunity, but we are so much more than an annual competition. Our mission is empowering the next generation of women in Douglas County to lead by providing opportunities for college scholarships, personal and professional development, and community service. We host an immersive mentorship program with countless benefits to all candidates, as well as coveted year-round opportunities for brand ambassadorship as Miss Douglas County, Miss Douglas County’s Teen, Miss Umpqua Valley, and Miss Umpqua Valley’s Teen.
