Missing Link is a Vancouver based, carrier neutral, dark fiber provider. Missing Link provides dark fiber solutions to both large and small businesses, including government, health & educational institutions, finance, telecom and media companies.

Dark fiber is unused fiber optic strands within a fiber optic cable that can be leased either long or short term depending in the client’s needs. A dark fiber network is a high cost saving solution for companies wanting to have greater control and security with lower operating and construction costs. This gives the owner the option of being in full control of their network, whether used for private networking or internet access. It is an ideal solution for companies that require high capacity bandwidth needs.

Missing Link’s Dark Fiber Solution offers:

•	Full dedicated private physical network infrastructure.

•	Cost saving on foreseeable monthly rates with low incremental costs per bit.

•	Adaptability: implement a network that best meets organizational goals.

•	Strong Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for performance, availability and restoration time-frames.
