Ahsan Habib Saimon

Climate Resilience Fellow

Ahsan Habib Saimon is an accomplished professional with a strong background in climate resilience, technology innovation, and capacity building. Currently serving as a Climate Resilience Fellow with the Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team since February 2025, Ahsan has previously held significant roles such as the Director of Technology Wing at Khulna University Innovation Club and a Climate Leadership Trainer with the Global Center for Innovation and Learning. Ahsan's experience includes engaging in climate mobility consulting, policy development, and advocacy with organizations like the Migration Youth & Children Platform and UNCCD Youth Caucus. Ahsan has also contributed to research projects as a Research Assistant at Khulna University while leading community-focused initiatives as a Project Team Leader for Mujb 100 idea contest. Academically, Ahsan holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from Khulna University and is pursuing a Master's degree in Biochemistry at Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University.
