Bernard Heng is a skilled urban and program specialist with extensive experience in humanitarian response, urban planning, and design. Currently serving as a Program Specialist at the Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team, Bernard oversees disaster response efforts, notably in the support of the Myanmar Earthquake 2025.
