Senior Manager Latam at Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team

Céline Jacquin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in geographic information systems and project management across Latin America. As the Senior Manager for the Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team, Céline oversaw regional program management and team development from February 2021 to August 2022. Previous roles include leading the Open Cities Latin America project and contributing to the establishment of the LATAM hub in an initial phase as a Project Manager. Céline has also served as an advisor for improving OpenStreetMap in Mexico with Kaart and held a significant position at INEGI, focusing on geospatial information for sustainable development goals. Additionally, as Director of Data Analysis at CONAHCYT, Céline initiated a new coordination strategy linking academic research and government initiatives, and as Research and Applied Development Manager at the World Resources Institute Mexico, Céline implemented local strategies for knowledge dissemination and engagement in research.
