Fabrizio Scrollini

Fabrizio Scrollini is a seasoned professional in the field of open data and mapping, currently serving as the Senior Director of Programs and inaugural Director of the Open Mapping Hub for Latin America and the Caribbean at the Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team since April 2023. Fabrizio previously held the position of Acting Co-Executive Director at the Latin American Open Data Initiative from March 2014 to April 2023. Additionally, Fabrizio served as Executive Director at the London School of Economics from September 2011 to 2013 and worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant during that time. Fabrizio holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Political Science and Government from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Master's degree in Public Policy from Victoria University of Wellington, and a degree in Derecho from Universidad Católica del Uruguay 'Dámaso Antonio Larranaga'.
