Alin Dragu

Alin Dragu has a diverse work experience across various industries. They started their career as a Master Instructor at Major Tae Kwon Do, where they trained for 9 years and eventually became a 4th degree black belt. During this time, they participated in local tournaments and won multiple gold medals.

Afterwards, they worked as a General Manager at Mr. Clean Car Wash, managing multiple locations and overseeing customer service, employee training, hiring, and store operations.

Next, Alin worked as a Marketing Director at Independent Impressions, Inc, focusing on increasing online sales through the revamp of the company's eCommerce store and implementing targeted email marketing campaigns. Their efforts resulted in a significant increase in online sales.

They then joined InertiaLegal as a Director of Marketing, collaborating with numerous clients, managing projects, and building client relationships. They also helped develop processes and systems to improve communication and increase client retention.

Alin then moved on to 12Stone Church, first as the Social & Digital Media Director, where they led a restructuring and overhaul of the church's social media strategy. They created engaging marketing content across various platforms. Later, they became the Creative Marketing Director, overseeing the brand presence across all digital and physical mediums, collaborating with multiple departments.

In 2014, they joined Brightful as a Partner and Director, providing marketing consulting services, creating social media content, designing websites, and collaborating with other creatives to deliver premium branding and marketing services.

Currently, Alin is the Senior Director of Operations at Missio, where they oversee all products and services for MissioDigital.com and manage a 7-figure organization with 100+ clients, specializing in digital marketing.

Throughout their career, Alin has gained extensive experience in marketing, branding, digital advertising, social media management, website design, and project management.

Alin Dragu earned a Bachelor's degree in Worship Arts Ministry from West Coast Bible College & Seminary starting in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Georgia Perimeter College, which they attended from 2011 to 2015.
