Vanee Pho

Vanee Pho has a diverse work experience in the field of product management and growth. They started their career in 2010 as a Product Manager at Life Technologies, where they worked until 2012. They then returned to Life Technologies in 2012 as a Senior Product Manager and continued in that role until 2013. From 2013 to 2019, they held the position of Senior Product Manager at Life Technologies, during which time they also served as a Director of Product Management at Advanced Cell Diagnostics from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Advanced Cell Diagnostics as a Director of Product Management and remained in that position until 2019. In 2019, they became the Director of Product Growth at Synthego Corporation and held the role until 2020. Currently, Vanee is the Senior Director Product Management- Cell and Gene Therapy at Mission Bio, a role they have held since 2020.

Vanee Pho completed their Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience at Bowdoin College from 1992 to 1996. Vanee then pursued further education at Boston University where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology/Neuroscience between 1996 and 2003. Later, Vanee attended the University of California, San Diego - Rady School of Management from 2005 to 2007, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Apart from their formal education, they also obtained a certification in Product Management from Pragmatic Marketing in January 2012.
