Austin Smith's work experience includes roles at various companies in the field of entrepreneurship and tech. Austin co-founded Mission Control GG in 2018 and serves as the CEO. Prior to that, they worked at Stadia Ventures as a Venture Associate, where they were responsible for finding potential investments in sports tech and esports startups. Austin also interned at Stadia Ventures, where they assisted in managing the accelerator process and cultivating potential investments.

Before joining Stadia Ventures, Austin interned at the Center for Entrepreneurship at Saint Louis University, where they worked on community entrepreneurship events and programs to foster student entrepreneurship. Austin also worked as a Research Intern at Lawrence Group, studying the real estate market in St. Louis' central corridor.

Additionally, Austin worked as a Product Specialist at Tesla Motors, where they conducted marketing events and sales for electric vehicles. Austin also interned at Arch Grants, an organization focused on promoting entrepreneurship in St. Louis. At Arch Grants, they conducted interviews with grant recipients.

Austin Smith attended Saint Louis University from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree. Austin studied Entrepreneurship, Economics, and Service Leadership during their time at the university.
