We are a law firm of former senior U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) lawyers who specialize in international development and humanitarian assistance. We have combined experience of advising on matters across more than 100 countries, plus living in more than 30 as part of the U.S. foreign service and in other roles.

Our law firm was born out of adversity, refined by resilience, and focused on continuing to build a better world. When USAID was eliminated, we joined forces to continue our commitment to advancing positive global impact.
