Lance Chong

Lance Chong is a seasoned Sr. Systems Engineer with extensive experience in system deployment, management, and engineering within the defense sector. Currently employed at Mission1st Group, Inc. since May 2020, Lance provides expert support for P2E's Yongsan Relocation Plan, overseeing contract performance and deliverable accuracy. Previously, Lance held multiple roles at Northrop Grumman Corporation, where responsibilities included developing engineering plans, managing complex systems integration projects, and facilitating data exchange solutions. Additional experience at Booz Allen Hamilton and Northrop Grumman involved Linux/Windows configurations, simulation system management, and networking solutions. Lance holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
