Currently serving as a Senior Principal Consultant at MissionPerform and a Business Consultant at Positive Lean Leadership Ltd, Andy supports companies in developing their operational performance systems and employee capabilities. Previously, Andy held various roles, including Divisional Director of Operational Excellence at Thermo Fisher Scientific and Director of Manufacture and Packing at Fisher Clinical Services. Andy's expertise includes Lean Sigma principles, process engineering, and transformational leadership, complemented by a strong educational background in electrical and mechanical engineering from Cheltenham College of Higher Education.
