We are a multi-service human service organization with a long history of serving Minnesota. Our service areas are:

Chemical & Behavioral Health – A withdrawal management center for people experiencing intoxication and withdrawal and three transitional housing facilities for people in recovery. Residents in transitional housing live here weeks, months or years. 

Domestic Violence – emergency shelter for women and their children and advocacy support for community residents to navigate the legal system as they seek safety and justice. Women stay an average of 17 days at the shelter. No one is ever asked to pay to stay at the shelter or receive advocacy services.

The Program Management and Coordination team at Missions Inc. Programs oversees and ensures the effective implementation of various human service initiatives, including chemical and behavioral health services, and domestic violence support programs. This team manages day-to-day operations and coordinates activities across transitional housing facilities, emergency shelters, and community advocacy programs, ensuring high-quality support for individuals in recovery and women seeking safety and justice. They also facilitate seamless collaboration among staff and create strategic plans to enhance service delivery and reach organizational goals.

Program Management and Coordination

The Healthcare Management Team at Missions Inc. Programs oversees the operational and clinical aspects of our healthcare services. This includes ensuring high-quality care in our withdrawal management center, maintaining safety and comfort in our transitional housing, and providing necessary health support in our emergency shelter for domestic violence victims. The team ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, coordinates with medical staff, and continually seeks to improve the overall health outcomes for our residents.
