Grace Ford is a data scientist with a background in mathematical economics and experience in building predictive models and end-to-end machine learning pipelines. They worked as a Senior Research Scientist at the University of Chicago, collaborating with Nobel Laureate James Heckman on measurement techniques for noncognitive skills.
