Emma Ross

Emma Ross is the co-founder and CEO of Missive, an award-winning integrated tech PR and communications consultancy. They lead Missive’s work in messaging, brand development, crisis management, media relations, digital and content marketing to help technology companies articulate their differentiation and achieve commercial and operational success. Their prior roles included leadership positions at O2 (Telefónica UK), such as Head of PR, Head of Press Office and Head of Campaigning, and a Senior Programme Executive role at Hotwire Public Relations. They also served as a Non-Exec Advisor to The Compassionate Mind Foundation (2015–2017) and as a PCC Foundation Governor at Limpsfield CofE Infant School (2021–2023), and earned a BA Hons in Publishing with English Literature from Loughborough University (2002–2006).
