At Missouri Workers Center, our mission is to advance the rights, dignity, and power of workers across Missouri through grassroots organizing, leadership development, and strategic advocacy. 

We are committed to creating a movement where all workers, no matter who they are, where they come from, or who they love, are respected, fairly compensated, and have the power to make more of the decisions that affect their daily lives. By supporting workers’ organizing committees like Stand Up KC and the STL8 Organizing Committee, we work to build a multi-racial working class movement dedicated to winning an America that works for all of us.
