Malcolm Hunter

Malcolm Hunter is a seasoned commercial leader, chartered engineer, and marketer with extensive experience in managing bids, contracts, and business processes across various industries. They currently serve as the Head of Commercial at MISTRAS Group, Inc., where they focus on enhancing commercial acumen and processes during a period of growth. Previously, Malcolm held key commercial roles at Global Marine Systems Limited and Lloyd's Register, along with serving as a trustee and director for significant organizations. They are actively involved in consultancy through their role at The Right Thing Limited, advising on bids and marketing strategies. Malcolm’s academic credentials include a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London and an HND in Marine Engineering from South Tyneside College.
