Steve J. is a Lead Internal Auditor and Quality Systems Specialist with over 20 years of experience in aerospace, quality, inspection, and auditing of government defense systems products and processes. Currently, Steve serves as a Quality Manager at MISTRAS Group and previously held the position of Lead Internal Auditor at Boeing Defense, Space & Security, where they managed internal audit schedules and ensured compliance with AS9100 standards. Steve has also worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist with the Defense Logistics Agency and has an extensive background in avionics mechanics with the Ohio Air National Guard. Steve holds multiple degrees in Sociology from The Ohio State University and an Associate's degree in Aviation Management from the Community College of the US Air Force.
