Self-awareness is the essence of all the development, personal and professional, measuring what we do to improve because we can't improve what we can't measure, We ask our colleagues for hard and constructive feedback, and we challenge our leaders to become better and do better, also we don't miss deadlines to reach perfection because we always believe There is always a better version. Finally, We understand that today's ceiling is tomorrow's floor, and complacency is the enemy of progress.

We understand that most of the problems are basically misunderstandings and some form of miscommunication. And miscommunication are inherent in any community or group. Over-communication, written communication, and transparency are our defaults. We listen very carefully, and with genuine interest to understand each other's POV.

Our Teams work hard towards a shared ultimate goal, coaching to implement the plan, yet make decisions in the zone, care about final results, and don't scoring against each other or judge on other personal things, helping each other in training because they win and lose together. Unlike families, team members come and go with no grudges and remain loyal, and they always overcommunicate to avoid misunderstandings
