MIT alumni are members of one of the most diverse, talented, and intellectually curious communities in the world.

The chief executive officer (CEO) of the MIT Alumni Association (MITAA) directs the strategic effort to engage MIT's 136,000-plus alumni with the Institute and with each other to ensure that the global MIT community continues to reach out into the world with the aim of making it better.

The MITAA CEO collaborates with the Alumni Association’s president and board and with Institute leadership, including the MIT president, in positioning the association as the platform for MIT’s alumni engagement. As the MITAA’s most senior leader, she oversees more than 100 staff tasked with connecting MIT’s alumni to its faculty, programs, and students, and with generating broad-based annual financial support for the Institute.
