As MITA CTO, Jonathan Cassar is responsible for technology strategy and direction, enterprise architecture and roadmaps. His role is to ensure the future technological capabilities of the agency whilst matching technology with the business needs which are in line with both agency and national IT strategies.

Jonathan is an innovative career technologist with over 20 years’ experience delivering business-centric and value driven technology solutions. He has experience in technology management, software development, enterprise architecture and designing coherent enterprise platforms using a wide range of technical domain expertise and business acumen. He is an advocate of emerging technologies, with the ability to drive change through discussion and consensus.
