Mitaan Welfare Foundation is a grassroots nonprofit organization headquartered in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, dedicated to bridging the critical gaps in healthcare and community well-being across India. Driven by the philosophy of converting empathy into action, we serve as a lifeline for underserved and rural populations, ensuring they receive essential medical care and hygiene support with dignity.

Our Core Impact Areas
Comprehensive Healthcare Support: We facilitate specialist treatments for patients ineligible for government schemes, providing end-to-end assistance including hospital coordination, travel, medicines, and post-treatment follow-ups.

Free Medical Camps: We conduct monthly specialized checkups in remote tribal belts and urban slums across Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, and West Bengal.

Jeevandayini Yojna: A flagship menstrual hygiene initiative that provides sanitary pads and health education to schoolgirls, helping them stay in school.

Swasth Mitaan Kendras: Our vision includes setting up community health centers to provide localized, sustainable medical guidance.

Leadership & Team
Our work is powered by a synergy of strategic leadership and ground-level volunteerism:

Mrinal Mahajan (Founder): Shapes the strategic direction and organizational structure, bringing a strong background in social welfare to the mission.

Ishak Khan (Managing Director & Co-Founder): A former teacher whose grassroots work in 2012 inspired the foundation’s birth. He leads community engagement and patient coordination.

Tushar Mahajan (CEO & Co-Founder): Drives operational growth and ensures transparency in how we deliver impact across multiple states.

The Mitaan Squad: A dedicated network of youth volunteers and field members who execute our medical camps and door-to-door awareness campaigns.

Join us as we aim to reach 1,000 villages, ensuring no one is left behind due to a lack of access or resources.
