Rick Hwang

Rick Hwang currently serves as President of MiTAC Computing Technology, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Rick held several leadership positions at Getac from May 2013 to March 2023, including President and President of the Rugged & Video Solutions Business Group. Rick's extensive career at Intel Corporation spanned from 2000 to 2013, where roles included Managing Director for various sales groups in the Asia Pacific region and Director of the Ultra Mobility Group. Additional experience includes General Manager at Gemtek Technologies, VP of Sales and GM at Intrinsyc Software International, and account management at Lucent Technologies. Rick Hwang holds an Advanced Management Program certificate from Harvard Business School, an MBA in International Marketing from Baruch College, and a BS in Applied Physics from Tamkang University.
