Quentin Hibon has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Quentin started their career as a Marketing - Intern at Sephora in 2000. Quentin then proceeded to work as a Marketing Intern at Groupe Cahors in 2002. Later, they gained experience as a Real Estate Agent for expats in an internship at Bonity Property Group in 2003. After that, Quentin took on the role of Buyer - Internship at Groupe Cahors, where they focused on evaluating and making purchasing decisions, managing budgets, and reducing purchase costs through outsourcing strategies.

In 2007, they joined BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions as a Business Account Manager, gaining insights into specialized financial services and managing business accounts. Following that, Quentin worked at Gryzby, where they served as a Marketing Coordinator, Specialist, and eventually, Manager from 2010 to 2015. Their responsibilities included overseeing marketing operations, leading content marketers, brand specialists, and PR teams, and managing social media campaigns.

Between 2016 and 2017, Quentin assumed the role of Marketing & Communication Manager at Frienzy Inc., a marketplace and social network company. Quentin conducted market research, analyzed market trends and competition, and collected feedback to improve customer experience.

From 2018 to 2020, Quentin Hibon worked as the Marketing Director at Keylime Digital. Quentin led a team of content marketers, brand specialists, PR teams, and social media managers, exceeding campaign results expectations through creative ad and social media campaigns. Additionally, they devised communication and marketing plans, as well as managed budgets for campaigns and the marketing department.

In 2019, they became the President and Head of Partnerships at MTL+ECOMMERCE, a role that involved leading the organization and establishing partnerships.

Quentin's current position is the Business Development Director at Mitacs-Adriq, a role they assumed in October 2020, where they are responsible for driving business development efforts.

In 2004, they received a Certificate in Mandarin and International Trade from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics. Quentin further pursued their undergraduate studies and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David in 2003. Prior to that, they completed a DUT degree in Techniques de Commercialisation from IUT Avignon in 2001. Quentin has also obtained various certifications, including but not limited to Agile Leadership and Strategy, Inbound Certified, Advanced Google Analytics, and Google Ads Fundamentals.
